Replace room furniture and joinery to one approved sample: wardrobes and luggage benches, desks, headboards, bedside tables and vanities. Match production and shipment phases to the rooms your site team can close at a time.

Start with what you have

What happens after you send?

  1. Share your starting point. Tell us your project type and destination. Drawings are welcome, but you can begin without them.
  2. We review the scope. Our Foshan team checks the items and destination arrangements, then identifies any missing details.
  3. We reply with the next step. We follow up using your contact details, with relevant questions and material or product options for your project.

We review each enquiry individually. If more information is needed, we’ll explain what to send.

What we need for a quote

Only one contact and what you need are required to start. Share these extra details when available:

  • Destination city and delivery location requirements
  • Room types, replacement items and approximate quantities
  • Rough dimensions, a plan, sketch or reference photos
  • Preferred materials and finishes, if already chosen

Furniture & joinery together

Take a look inside a sample guestroom.

Real footage from a partner showroom in Foshan shows a guestroom arrangement with a bed, headboard, bedside furniture and fitted storage.

Use it to discuss the items, dimensions and finishes in your own hotel or motel brief. Your room layout, material schedule and local installation scope are agreed separately.

The short answer

A motel furniture refurbishment replaces the casegoods and joinery in each room to one approved sample room. Units are labelled by room number and can be produced and shipped in phases by building or floor. HospitalityHub’s 2025 guide puts soft refurbishments at about AUD 5,000–15,000 per room and the typical hotel refurbishment cycle at 7–10 years.

Plan the phases around your rooms

Tell us how many rooms you can close at a time. We plan production and shipping in matching phases, label units by building and room number, and keep the approved sample as the reference for every phase. Your local site team confirms room closure and reopening dates.

Agree the materials and installation scope

For wall linings, your project specifier confirms the applicable BCA/NCC fire requirements. Agree any upholstery fire tests for its intended use; a wall-lining classification does not establish a chair’s fire performance.

A local measuring team and project-specific partners can support Australian orders. Site fixing, services, installer scope and fees are confirmed for your project.

Common questions

Is there a minimum number of rooms?

No. You can start with one sample room or a single motel refurbishment.

Can you match existing furniture?

Yes. Send dimensions, photographs and a finish sample so we can agree a matching sample before production.

Can installation be phased by building or floor?

Yes. We can stage production and shipment by building or floor, with your installer confirming the site sequence.

How long from sample approval to the first shipment?

Production typically takes 30–45 days after sample approval, plus sea freight and clearance. Materials, quantities and the phased programme determine the agreed dates.
